I don't seem to be able to see changes in preview window as shown in video. I am a bit confused as to the automatic settings. Should they be off? I have tried them all including waiting in case it was just my computer being slow.
Anyone have any ideas please?

WOW that was quick!
I do get the new interface, and it's very impressive, but I still do not see the changes in the preview window. Do I have to uncheck "Automatic" ?

Explain what you mean by 'changes' and where are you seeing 'Automatic'?

A Carification: At first I was using KROME and the changes are minimal.
It seems to be working fine now. Is there an icon for stupid

It seemed to take a while to load the thumbnail previews, if that's what you are talking about. They loaded eventually

2of3: On first run the previews have to be generated which can take some time if you have lots of skins. Once created they will should be quick to load.

I think that's exactly what happened. The first time I ran it it took a while toget the thumbnails also, but now it's fine.

If you have verified that you in fact have the Beta 2 downloaded open WindowBlinds in the upper right hand corner you should see a bar 'Click to open new interface'. Click that and you should see the new interface.
