Start Menu Help?

Hi, apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I just registered this account to ask a (probably stupid) question..
Is it possible to tweak/edit/customize the Classic StartMenu at all? For instance, change the icons within, edit the blue title on the side to say something other than "Windows Vista", and change the logoff/shutdown buttons? I'm aware of the ability to edit the normal Start Menu, but I haven't seen skins utilizing the Classic variant, so I ask this question.

Not in WB.. as far as I know.

skinstudio and photoshop.
which means, use photoshop or whateverpaint program you use to change what you want changed, then go into skinstudio and change the images........
