wincustomize subscription

I get the message that I cannot rate skins unless I am an apprentice or a wincustomize subscriber. My subscription doesn't expire till 12/09... anyone know the deal? (yes i am logged on)

Seems to be happening to some folks lately. The most recent fix I saw was open Settings from the WC Home Page and click on update. You can also try cleaning out your cookies and browser history.

log out - clear cookies - log back in - see if that helps
