Is there a tutorial for equalizers?
Friday, July 31, 2009 by Doubird | Discussion: DesktopX Tutorials
I've found tutorials on how to make a basic media player but none that show how to add an equalizer.
Is there a user guide for all the options in DxBuilder?

Thanks , I'll give it a try... and also see if someone made a media player with an equalizer, I could look in it to see how it was done.

I've never seen one. But the settings are all there in DX. You should just need to make the graphics and apply them with the right settings.
When you add DX Player to an object's abilities, then choose configure, it brings up a bunch of DX Player buttons/commands.
Under Default, Fader/Silder, there are bandwidth commands to assign to a slider/fader button that you have pre made. It will ask for the parts and allow you to browse to them. This is a short/sweet explanation from a man who has never made one. But I may soon.
There is probably a way to do it through activex controls too. Dunno.
