Dream not moving after restart

I just started using DeskScapes and I've picked out a dream I like. Problem is, whenever I restart my computer, the wallpaper won't move anymore. I have to open DeskScapes again and select the dream again.

If it makes a difference, I'm using Vista (business edition).

I have this 'problem' but since I use Dream Manager a new wallpaper is selected on bootup and this doesn't really affect me.

Can you give me a link to this dream manager please? If possible, a free version... I already paid for deskscapes, I don't want to sink any more money into this moving desktop whim.

Is there any other way to fix this problem besides the dream manager?
