How do you completely install AND use a Theme from this site?

I already downloaded the theme I want, but I dont know what to do next.

the one in question comes as a .zip file (cuz there's 2 skins and 2 wallpapers in it)
save the file
unzip it
double click each .wba inside and they will self install - if you have Windowblinds installed (- if you don't have windowblinds then windows will complain it doens't know what to to with it)

do you have the necessary software?
each 'theme' page has a description at the top that mentions the needed software and has a link to get it if needed
