How do you install the themes from the gallery? Where do I place the files after unzipping them?

the description box at the top of each gallery page mentions the program needed to use the skin
it also has a link to get the software

Okay, thanks for that info. But, when the files are zipped you have to put them in the correct place to use them right? Which directory would I place my theme files after unzipping them? Example: the theme is a Window Blinds theme, I have the trial version of the program, where in the Window Blinds program files do I place the theme?

You would extract the .wba file from inside the .zip and then install it using Windowblinds itself by clicking on "Add Visual Styles" then browse to where the .wba file is and select it.

Ahhh, okay. Sounds great. Thanks.
Which program do I need to download the Desktop Gadgets?

Why can't I install Window Blinds if I have My Colours already installed? What gives?
...are for Vista
sometimes WB doesn't play well with Mycolors.

MyColors uses a paid version of WB to apply skins
Trial version doesn't like to install alongside a paid version

Sidebar Gadgets are for Vista, Desktop Gadgets require no extra program to run them. They are created with Desktop X but don't need Desktop X installed to run.

Ahh, I see. Damn Vista. That thing has more problems and bugs than a hooker in downtown L.A. LOL. Thanks for the info.

What themes?
Keep in mind that in order to apply any theme you download from the gallery you need the appropriate program to run them. For instance in order to apply a WindowBlinds skin/theme you need the WindowBlinds program.
