Themes help!

Hi, I'm new purchaser of these softwear and I have question about the themes in it. I wonder how to customise my OD theme. I downloaded one (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=15426&libid=29). Ok, but there are so many folders and places to paste them, and I'm confused. And not only with the themes by the way, where to put all things, like docklets, icons and so long. Please give a hand!

I looked through that last night before I decided to ask xp/vista
what I didn't find was where to put downloads
now for me (I'm on xp using the free loader version) I just put backgrounds & docklets in the default paths:
C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds (either in non-tabbed or tiled depending)
(though I do have some backgrounds in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Stardock\ObjectDock Library\Backgrounds)
C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets
icons/pngs I put in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Stardock\ObjectDock Library in either images or unsorted downloads
I have no idea where things need to be put in Vista

stil have the basics, but seem to be xp related
and sdmcp thing isn't necessary anymore for OD+ is it?
