Apparently CursorFX does not work on Vista 64, right? If so, are there other ways to change my cursor?

It works very well.  What happens when you try to apply a cursor?

When trying to download Cursor FX, I am told that it is not compatible with my OS (Vista Home Premium).

Where are you attempting to download from? Have you tried getting it from download dot com?  LINK  I had no trouble installing on Vista.(32bit)
