Wallpaper accepted but does not appear

Hi, I submitted a wallpaper and it was accepted today. The problem is that when I follow the link they sent me, I see the wallpaper but if I go to the Wallpaper category, I don't see it anywher. Even a search comes up empty. The name is Watcher and the link i received is: https://www.wincustomize.com/viewskin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=40963&LibID=8

I am pretty sure i did not submit it for my personal site. Unless they decide, it should appear for the public.

Cavan1 is correct, you need to set up a personal page
When Wincustomize used to not accept walls for the general gallery, they were rejected period - they didn't show up anywhere.
Now WC pretty much doesn't reject walls unless the rules are violated (copyright, content, rips, etc).
However, a wall not rejected still has to met some rating standards before it will be in the main gallery or it moves to your personal page. I believe 1.5 stars is too low for the main gallery

I think it has been accepted for your personal site only, but since you have not set up a personal site nobody will be able to see it there.
Not all walls/skins make it to the public galleries.
