Ah ok
...anyway the skin of windows is a blind made with skinstudio (look the section windowblinds here in wc) or a visual stye (see deviantart), for the rest can be a dx theme (see always here in wc, you need desktopx) or a objectbar like said Uvah, at the bottome can be an objectdock or rocketdock with custom background and icons
Anyway seems to me that i've seen this screenshot on deviantart, try there ![]()

I believe it's actually rainmeter or samurize across the top.....a Visual Style and some kind of dock at the bottom.....maybe rocketdock

Looks too big for RocketDock. I wonder if he has a Dell. Could it be a DellDock? Visual Style sounds right considering the task bar. Maybe you can give us a link to the user community.

Check out the winstep gallery here at WC. The wall looks familiar. Though the task bar isn't the same nor the, I guess it's an objectbar up top. I wonder...might it be hoverdesk? I only recognize the wall.
