Error while uploading

Everytime I tried to upload a new skin to the site it gives me this error (When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted.)
I used jpg formats causes it says thats the only format. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong thanks.

Make sure you are using Flash 9, not 10.
Also try either:
