Slow Down Animation

Hej Folks.
Just a short question: Is there any possibility to set the "slow down the minimize/restore animation" WITHOUT holding SHIFT? I like this smooth animation but I'd like to use it everytime I minimize/restore a window without the annoying shift button.
Any ideas?

I always turn off windows animations in Advanced > Performance > settings.
