Wacom cintiq help

I've just got a wacom cintiq 12WX, but i'm having a bit of a problem setting it up as a pen tablet, i followed the instructions up to the calibrating part, but when i try to open the 'tablet properties' it says 'a supported tablet was not found on the system', dose anyone know how to fix this,
I'm using vista by the way, and i've tryed reinstalling the drivers but i don't know how else to get it to work.
