is there a icon changing program that will let you change the icons on your desktop (like the recylce bin)?

on xp - right click desktop . properties > desktop tab > customize desktop button > general tab > click on either recycle full or empty > click change icon > browse to one want to use
for custom icons you need to have both a full and empty .icon somewhere you can find it
