Oh nelley, this looks like we have another Theme getting ready for a TM Suite. 
Hmm lets see, there is an old and new version of Stocker, wonder what kind of skins we have out there in the WC Library all ready for this Theme? 
Lets go Jim, put the pedal to the metal and get this skin to the finish line.

Lookin good! I think the black text is more difficult to read than the orange; the orange stands out better.

The taskbar and start button are part of the windowblind, not mine. They are tires. Did you zoom? Full size they look like tires.

Text fixed, should read easier now. The problem here is by the time a WIP post by me gets a few replies, I'm done with it and it's ready to upload.

The overall design is nice but the fonts are difficult to read. The task bar is cool and I like the start button and the way you have inclosed it. Very cool. Also on the left bottom panel I can't decide if those are wheels or something else. It blends in too well with the window's background. Keep at it guy. You am one of the masters.
