Impulse don't update sks

I've recently re-install all stardock software because i've changed my laptop, now i've a problem with sks pro, infact impulse install the version 6.30 on my pc...and where is the 6.40? There is no update in "My software tab".The strange thing is that there is an update if i check "View update" in impulse tray application but i can't run it

Thanks wizard i've try but no luck
I've noticed that when i install sks appear an error and after i click repeatly the button "resume" and in this way it works...but no update....
There is another way to obtain the update of sks?

One more thing to try. Open Impulse and click on the orb and go to Preferences. Click on "Reset Data" and close Impulse.Relaunch Impulse and see if the update is there.

I've discovered that the problem is not only for sks but for iconpackager too, when i reset data and i reopen the program the updates are avaibles, i run the updates and all seems ok but when i open sks or iconpackager the version is still the first with no update (i've sks with 6.30 and iconpack is 4.10).
I've noticed that these are the only programs that when i install them appear an error-problem writing file, i resume the installation many times and the programs works fine but seems that impulse don't recognize them

Have you right-clicked on SKS in Impulse and selected Verify Installation? It may get it to show the update that way.If it does,select another app first,then go back to SKS and run the update.
