Also is there any option to rearrange skins or they will only appear according to the newest submitted.

If you click on one of your skins you should have both an edit and delete options.
Skins are in date order, by upload date.

I just tried it on one in my screenshot gallery and it worked. I just click 'skins' in the top bar, then click the skin I want to delete. Then, under add to favorites I click delete. The screen flashes and it appears the skin is still there, but when you go back to your skin gallery/listing, it's gone.

I wouldn't mess around with it at this point without their input...no telling what'll happen.
