Thanks WG, I finally found all the components I wanted to have a working desktop that are pleasing to my eye. At least till the next new skin comes out!

you upload the image to a host like photobucket, imageshack, etc
then click the 'insert image' icon here (the tree)
paste in the full http url to the pic
