Weird Problem With Exceptions

I'm having a bit of a problem making exceptions with Windowblinds. Sometimes it's fine, say for Yahoo messenger. I made the exception for it not to be skinned, and it does so. However, for other programs like Firefox and Windows Live Messenger, making the same exact exception causes there to be this thick white bar at the top of the respective programs, instead of how it's normally supposed to look. What is the problem, and how can I get Windowblinds to not skin these programs, but also keep this ugly, thick white bar away?
