flash question

I've downloaded the flash9 zipfile that contains all of the versions. I assume that I want to install one of the win.exe versions but which version is the best or latest version? and this is what I want to do, yes?

Latest is Flash 10 right? but im guessing you want 9 because of upload problems here?

The most recent Flash 9 build should be fine, it's just 10 that is the problem.

would you know which was the lastest 9.X version, I think I know but checking helps.
