Problem with Wallpaper on theme applications

I purchased 2 MyColors themes (1 College & 1 NHL). When I apply one of these themes everything works except the wallpaper. All I get is just the color on the screen and not the logo. I just purchased Object Desktop this week. I'm new to this site and still stumbling around. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated. I'm really enjoying all the cool things on this site and want to thank all the hard work you people are doing to make this site great. Thanks!!

The only desktop icons that showed up are the gadgets icons (media player & weather) and I can't seem to find any wallpapers for these themes anywhere.

In MyColors go to settings and check "I want to see advanced options when applying suites"
Then when you apply your theme it should list what is available to apply.(Wallpaper,Icons,WindowBlinds skin,etc.) You should have walls for your desktop in several resolutions. Select what you want,then apply.

Well I tried that and still just a Blue screen with the gadgets no logo ( UNC and the other Carolina Hurricanes red screen). Maybe I should uninstall both and then reinstall or is that a bad idea?

Did you check to see if they're in the wall papers section of MyColors? If so, just select the one you want. If it still doesn't work, uninstall using the Impulse uninstaller (I assume you downloaded with Impulse...if not, correct that). Complete the uninstall with Revo Uninstaller or CCleaner. Reboot. Reinstall using impulse. Should detect what you're entitled to. Make sure the email you used to order with is in the ?Blue orb (upper Right Corner). If it isn't, enter it. Go to upper left Orb and clear data. Close and reopen.
Should solve it.
