Unable to Access Registrations Page

When I try to access my registrations information under my account settings, I get the following error...
Can someone look into this, please?
Also, I was in the Stardock store picking up Light Mark by Z71 and I could not find a way to pay with PayPal.
Has Stardock stop accepting it?
