Problem with WB window frames

Unfortunately, I don't know how long this has been going on, as it is skin dependent, but I recently noticed that there is a problem with the window frames on some skins. It seems to be windows with irregular borders, such as Rockstar (as in the screenshot), but I also see it with things like Old Republic, Optix and a few others.

I am using the NVidia drivers 182.08 (yeah, I know an update just came out). This only happens on my Desktop Vista machine. I see nothing like this on my XP ATI laptop. Any ideas would be appreciated, as it is a bummer I can't use some skins because of the weird borders. Thanks.

Please go to Start> Run.. in XP or Start>Start Search in Vista, type "regedit" and hit enter. Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectDesktop\WindowBlinds
You'll want to make sure it is set to the following path:
32 Bit: C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds
64 Bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds
(NOTE: If you installed WindowBlinds to a different directory, replace the above default one with your custom location)
If the path was incorrect, change it and then reboot.
If it is in fact pointing to this path, please try the following:
-Launch Impulse. Right click on the entry for WindowBlinds and choose "Verify application"
-Impulse will check the integrity of the installed application. You should be given feedback as to the state of the installed application.
-If errors are found, an update should be made available in Impulse. You'll need to select another application and then reselect WindowBlinds to run the update.
-Once the update completes, reboot your PC.

Thanks for the suggestions.
The path was correct and in Impulse, it verifies that Windowblinds is installed correctly. Any other ideas?

Applying the skin a second time ("on top of itself") sometimes takes care of my graphics belches.

It was actually just the blur. I can leave transparency at skin default and just had to set the skin to blur only if skin called for it. I forgot I had set it to blur all the time. Good call VStyler. Thanks a ton.
