Tremendous error with ie8

I've make an error, infact like a baby i've think to download the new ie8...yes very good browser but is not compatibily with sks 6 and my skin is almost finish but some sections of ie7 are unfinished! Now how i can test these?
I've try to downgrade to ie7 but without succes...help is welcome 
EDIT: Sorry for the post, i've solve it....control panel-Installed Updates and remove ie8, return to ie7
