Windows Blinds Not Functioning Correctly

Just a few days ago, I noticed that the location where I had put all my downloadedpics (for wallpaper), was missing. Then I noticed that the same pics were "moved" to another location.
I initially stored my pics in the C :\My Documents\My Pictures folder. I'm not sure what happened, but when I checked under My Documents, the Pictures folder wasn't there. I had been moved to My Documents\My Music\ My Pictures folder. I'm wondering what happened. I didn't make the "move" myself. And, no one else uses my computer. (Unless my System was "hacked" ). Anyway, I "copied and pasted" all the wallpaper pics back into the My Pictures folder (under My Documents), deleted the (copy) of the My Pictures folder (under My Documents\My Music folder). Leaving only the one folder labeled My Pictures (under My Documents).....My Pictures being the subfolder under My Documents. Now I notice that the Wallpaper isn't being changed , using Windows Blinds. I've got the settings set for Random Wallpaper/Change every Hour\Change in sequence selected. I've also got the folders: Windows Directory, Web Directory, My Pictures and Windows Blinds Wallpaper Directory as the folder to check for the pics. And selected "Stretch" mode for displaying tthe wallpaper on my DeskTop.
What could be the problem ? Maybe I need to "re-install" Windows Blinds ? And will that effect the folder that contains the downloaded "visual styles" (will it wipe that out) ?
One important piece of information: I'm running Windows XP, Windows Blind 6,

Not something WindowBlinds would have done. I have to say, the only time I've seen this before is when I've accidentally done this to myself when moving files around.

This is where they get filed automatically on my computer..... C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\Wallpapers ..... maybe it's the same on yours. And I'm on XP / SP3 / WB6 as well.
