unable

Hello,can anyone help me out here please. Each time i try to load items in the libary to download i get the message [unable to download the libary please try again],i have reinstalled the wincustomize browser but still get the same thing.

Browse to what you want,select it and click on Download.Iprefer to use the WC galleries LINK and IE8
