Most dreams still run on battery mode

Hello!
I've had this problem for a time long enough to not remember when this all started, and I guess I finally lost too much patience.
I run Deskscapes on my laptop and I kept noticing whether I boot from battery power or switch to battery power, if my dream is still running, it will continue running. When I right-click the desktop during battery mode, the option to pause deskscapes disappears until I return to AC mode. Is that normal? Even the "dream paused" notifier pops up while the dream is still running (the program is lying to me...*shrug*). At least Deskscapes achknowledges whether or not I'm on battery power.
However, I noticed that while running dynamic dreams like the "water dream," the dream would actually pause when on battery mode.
Help will be greatly appreciated!

Had similar issues but with the beta in use on Win 7 RTM Enterprise same laptop all is OK
