Apply a theme on XP

I've been lookin' all over this site without finding any information on HOW to apply a THEME. Therefor i signed up for an account here to be able to ask any kind soul for this simple n00b information.

If you are talking about Themes and not just Windowblind skins then you need to purchase and install Object Desktop from Stardock. https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/ An by the way Krassas, WELCOME to Wincustomize. Everyone will do their best to help you on this site, so ask away.

That online status hasn't worked since they removed the lightening bolts, at least for anyone I look up.

Well, Krassas...you need the program Windowblinds to apply a Windowblinds skin. Do you have any Stardock Software?

You see, in order to apply themes, you need the appropriate software. May I ask if you've researched this?
