The Skinning Help, Critique and Feedback thread

As there are quite a few people asking for help or feedback with skins, wallpapers etc and not getting much of a response, I decided to create this thread where people could hang out and help each other.
Got stuck with a skin and don't know where to turn?
Got a wall with a low rating and don't know why?
Feeling a little uncertain and want some re-assurance?
These are questions which face every skinner - every skinner. You are not alone! That's where the community can help each other.
