Welcome Jim. You could also talk with WebGizmos....that fella he know how to skin the Winstep!

1. Go to Winstep.net
2. log on to Forums.
3. Click "Articles and Skinning" (last on the list: http://forums.winstep.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=342)
4. Download a Winstep theme and take it apart...to see how the author did things.
