DS, Not Working :(

Its been a mess, I have tried more than 10 different DeskScapes animated backgrounds, found a ton that work on my one pc with 1 screen but copy it to the double screen pc and nothing, just a static screen. Both is running XP Media Centre, and Im using Windows to manage the double screen setup, also they are independant of each other (not stretched or cloned) and so there should be no troubles but the same background (same setup as in reg windows). Any ideas

Deskcapes in XP will only work on the primary monitor. There are a couple that have been modified to work on dual screens in XP. They are the ones by Neil Banfield. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?acid=689

If your using XP like me I've never been able to get anything really working with Deskscapes. Was a nice idea and I appreciated the effort but I gave up and uninstalled it.

Just like WebGizmos I've not had any luck running Deskscapes on my XP system.

What are the specs of the machines that fail to run deskscapes? Are they a separate video card(pcie or agp) or built on m/b agp or pcie chipsets? I believe other posts have mentioned that Agp cards do not work with Deskscapes. You require as PCI-E card to run it i gbelieve.

All my codes are working and all computers I have are used to run high end software. Im able to run the original crysis full specs (everything maxed) and still get 30-40 fps. I unfortuneately have no errors and it was not like I expected it to run over both screens as you need to buy the specialized dual monitor deskscapes. Any other ideas?

I get and error that I have a APG card and it won't run. I find this odd since my graphics card supports VISTA and I had it running deskcapes when it first came out. Some AGP cards do support Avivo video like mine ATI X1950 Pro. I ask the question why does Dreamscapes2.6 in XP not work? What is the incompatibility with a APG card exactly
