Trying to get rid of old wallpapers

Tuesday, February 17, 2009 by Polar2 | Discussion: Wallpapers

I'm kind of a newbie at the in's and out's of WB 6.4 but my question is, How do you get old wallpaper out of it? I am talking about when you open wallpapers and they all pop up. I have no idea of how I can take out the ones I can't stand or are useless to me. It would be nice if you could mark them and delete them but I fear this is going to be a long complicated problem to do. Am I wrong or might this be an easy fix? Thanks for any help.

In Vista ,go to Public Documents/Stardock/WindowBlinds. Find the wallpapers folder, open it and delete whatever you no longer want.It should be similar in XP.

The way to do delete unwanted wallpapers first requires you to know where they are.  Sounds simple and really is.

Open WBs Configuration.  Open the Wallpaper Tab, top right hand corner you will see what looks like a hammer and wrench, click it.  It should show you the folders that have wallpapers in them.  You can find these folders by using explorer or seach.  Once you have found the folders open them up and delete the wallpaers.  Be carefull to not delete anything else.  This should probably be good for XP or Vista.

There maybe an easier way to do it.  Lets see what others reply with.
