I normally don't pat myself on the back or toot my own horn, but I just noticed that I posted my 200th dream yesterday. 
Funny thing, it's appropriately named since my head is in the clouds right now. Flyin'High

I use multiple sources. For video, I capture some via a HD TV card, others my HD video camera, and I've also created some from blue ray. When I use video other than my own, I follow the fair use rule.
It's funny, I catch myself all the time looking at a program and saying "that would make a great dream" and "I can loop that". The next thing you know I've got it captured and open in After Effects.
I also create dreams from renders I've created with 3dsmax, Vue, and particleIllusion.

I know what it feels like to reach milestones, its an awesome feeling, brings forth one of those toothsome grins that splits your face from ear to ear, the pit of your stomach kinda feels groovy, am I getting there Ha Ha Ha congrats my friend, I hope to see you double that, awesome CarGuy, plain awesome

ConGrats CarGuy! As far as the cloud dreams go... the last one you posted - Flyin'High - is in my opiniion the best of all the Cloud dreams.
