Guide to changing skin colors

I am looking for a guide to help explain the color placements.
When I go into LOOK & FEEL - COLORS I am just not absotely sure where some of these colors are being changed at.
I am just sort of guessing and not guessing very well.
Any ideas?

Check here - WinCustomize Wiki there is a section under Tutorials for the color changing
I didn't see it. I know Island_Dog did a tutorial (so did Frogboy but his confused some people)
