Download speeds slower after subscribing?!?!

Hi, I just subscribed to Wincustomize as I really liked all it had to offer. My problem is that I am only getting like 70kb/s download speeds now!! Before I subscribed I was getting 3-400kb/s. What gives? I know I get unlimited downloads now but are they seriously throttling the speeds on subscribers?

I'd suspect routing somewhere along the way.

Nothing significantly slow there.
Forums slow too? Or just the galleries?

Forums are ok. Site is a little slow to load compared to other sites but when I download the dreams it is painfully slow! It was significantly faster to download before I joined though. Not really understanding that part of it. I would have thought it should be the other way around.

Try logging out and see if the speed is the same when you are not logged in
