How do I change my email address registered with Stardock?

When I purchased Stardock, I used my paypal email address, which is *not* the address I want to use with Stardock. How do I get this changed? I did not see any options under personal settings, and searching this forum found 0 hits on "email". Also, I will be changing ISPs soon, so this is a genuine concern.

I have a similar problem. I need to change my email address. I click zubaz's link and it takes me to a page that lists my email and lets me change my username or password but not email. It merely lists the email and has two change buttons instead of 3.... hrmm?

Bah! soooooooooooooooo frustrating. why do they use the paypal e-mail.Ive not used paypal for ages and that e-mail is no longer active so cant even go in and try to activate from there.will they send a new key to my regular e-mail account?

I changed mine in November,using the advice given in reply #1 and the changeover was easy,fast and painless.

You may have purchased something using your PayPal account, and since that e-mail is usually different than your SD account e-mail, it can create a new account (although missing things like Nickname & Password). Send Support an e-mail letting us know what the 2 address are, and which one you want it to be.

. If the email address we have on record for you is no longer current, send a message to [email protected] containing your name, address, and new email address.
