How to install new icons?

Right, so i've installed a new skin using windowblinds, and then i dowloaded a .zip file with loads of icons in it but i dont know how to install them. Do i have to do it one by one, or is there some program that installs all of them at once? Thanks.

Or instead of just purchasing IconPackager, you can upgrade your stand-alone version of Windowblind's to get 'ObjectDesktop' or 'ObjectDesktop Ultimate' and you'll get a couple more programs (as well as IconPackager) that you'll want later - once you get hooked on changing your desktop all the time! https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/purchase.asp

For the icons you will probably need IconPackager and the WinCustomize Wiki should help you further.
