I've started on the Xp substyle
One thing:
The bottom part of the start panel seems kinda "cramped". I can't seem to increase the hight no matter what I do! I'd like to make it like 4 pixels higher 
. Sometimes I feel like a real amature when I can't figure out simple things like this 
Any help will be appreciated
