Dreamscene and Windowblinds conflict?

i got dreamscene a while ago and i haven't used windowblinds for a while. i only just reinstalled it but for some reason it seems to conflict with Dreamscene. my background won't play if i have windowblinds. does anyone have a solution for this. it would be cool if somebody had one

Vista ultimate, cause otherwise Dreamscene wouldn't work
