Convert a screensaver to dream

Found this great free screensaver that will not run on Vista 64bit. I have tried to make it into a dream but not
having any luck. Need it to be 1680x1050 for widescreen. I tried using Fraps but converting it to a dream with the
correct settings is not working for me.
This is a perfect screensaver that would make an really nice dream.
Anyone up for it?

It runs fine on Vista 64 for me.
