New Master skin I started directly after GUIC, will update as it progresses.
Will have both a dark version and a light Start menu substyle, for both XP and Vista.

vStyler and Messiah no sleep for you until finished, this theme is gonna rock skin central, way to go boys, you two are on my greatest list of authors ever, you never seem to disappoint, thank you very much for that....Now get back to work

That's looking really sweet!
Personally I think skins where the left/right windowborders are as thick as top/bottom look a bit bloated, but it doesn't look so bad in the way you've made this.

Taskbar and buttons are looking fantastic - im not so fond of your window min / max buttons but mabye once i see them moving it will look nicer - love the purple btw!!!

hehe the envelope is upside down 
in the toolbar.
Looks neat and clean... love the "font size" design
"print" must have been a pain in 16x16 looks very good in large..

nah...not upside down.......the design was taken from a particularly nasty bill....that had been popped back in the envelope....and the flap tucked in.....
