how to replace new icons

if i click on properties, that's the only way i know how to replace icons, but when i go to dlownload new ones, if it only has a ton of letters, how do i make that my new icon, for example, in the misc icon on here, i am trying to download the calc. but it's only letters, no icon, thank u

never mind, found your question on Glassphire
download the zip and save to desktop
right click and extract to desktop
take the folder that pops out and put it where you can find it - on xp there's a default ObjectDock Library folder in 'My Documents" - that folder has 2 icons in it
start up ObjectDock = grab your calculator and drag it onto the dock - right click on the newly created shortcut, choose dock entry properties
change image
if you don't see the folder on the left panel, at the bottom of the left panel click the browse button and go find the folder holding the 2 icons downloaded
