ObjectDock: StartMenu Helper Injected, But Failed to Start

I am setting up ObjectDock Plus as a simplified user interfae for small children with an Acer ASpire One running XP. I have set it up to hide the StartMenu/Taskbar. When I am logged in as myseld (administrator) there are no problems. When logged in as my child clicking the StartMenu icon in the ObjectDock the first time seems to work and it brings up the StartMenu. The second time I click it I get an error message that the StartMenu Helper was injected, but that it failed to start. I then have to right click on the ObjectDock and re-enable the Taskbar in order to log off or shut down the computer.
