suites extention

I bought the ObjectDockPlus software and I thought it was supposed to come with the theme manager or do I need to puchace that seperatly? I downloaded a objectdock theme with the suite extention and would like to be able to load it.

Suites are applied with theme manager and that is a seperate product. Right now it's only available as part of Object Desktop.
YOu can use MyColors for free and there may be a few of the free themes you like.
