Need Help

I cant use any other theme except the one's present in vista. I tried uxpatching manually as well as using Vistaglaz, still i cant change my theme. Am i the first person who is having this problem??? or am i doing something wrong?? plzz help me i really want to customise my pc for new Year 
.. almost fed up of trying

I gave up on windowsblinds... i want only to use custom theme by patching

Having two posts covering the same problem isn't going to help. Did you try what Hankers suggested in the other post?
