Deskscape XP
problem with Change keyboard layout shortcut

After installing Deskscape i've noticed that when using the ALT+Shift (or CTRL+Shift) shortcut to change keyboard layout doesn't work in some programs.
It works on the desktop or notepad but not in Outlook 2007 or Word 2007, Excel 2007, IE 7, Firefox 3.
I still can change the layout by using the language bar but is it very annoying.
I've tried it on two different systems with the same results.
On my home Windows XP sp3 32 bit, 2 GB ram, Core 2 Quad Q6600, nvidia 8800GTX with 180.60 drivers.
And on my pc at work, (Windows XP sp3 32 bit, 2GB ram, Core 2 duo E7200, Intel G33/G31 Express with latest drivers.)
Both systems are up to date with windows update.
