Whatever happened to Desktop Collage Dream?

to whom it may concern!
I had the Desktop Collage Dream running on my computer for quite a while, alas, it was good, but had some major hiccups, which were quite extensively discussed in the thread https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=441&libid=50
requests for an updated version were posted, and occasionally, the powers that be told us that an update was just around the corner ... last week, things seemed to look pretty bright, as we were told that with the upcoming update to Deskscape 2.5, there would also be an immediate release of the update!
Deskscape update came, and we got another msg in the thread, that there were still some minor bugs that needed to be squashed, be patient! ok, why not, good things come to those who wait, after all ... alas, when I tried to click on the Desktop Collage page, I got a blank one, hmm, has the dream been yanked? is there still an update just around the corner? or is this the time of the year, where we should give up all hope?
well, I am still slightly optimistic that this is a classic case of per aspera ad astra! so, if anyone knows what's going on, I sure would appreciate to hear any news!

aaah, excellent, as I wrote: good things come to those who wait! just about to download and hopefully just be stunned by the new greatness! as this is a really cool thingie!

instead of the list of Stardock apps I've bought and the serial numbers for each, my user name and passowrd were sent to me.

oh, one more question: I did as you told me and went into my account, and downloaded from there, and added the dream into the folder, but now, when I start the dream, I dont see any option for having the option of randomizing ... will it take some more time for the d/l link to be updated as well, or am I looking for the randomize option in the wrong place?

well, i just got the list of apps and serial numbers. after installing the collage dream and checking it out, i see no differences between the new one and the version i had before. are we sure the updated dream has been published?
