Wallpaper Change

Hey guys,
everytime I reboot my computer the wallpaper always turns into a blank grey screen and I have to put up my wallpaper again. This only started happening when I applied a new skin. (Stealth OS) I'm assuming it's not the skin itself, but some type of automatic changer? Any ideas?
