I start with a question and you must answer with a question. As easy as that.

Maybe, maybe not, would depend on whether or not that someone only thinks they know it, wouldn't it?
And if it's something known solely by the fingertips, is it knowledge or just a feeling?

I have a feeling that my senses would be fingertip electric if I tried to work on my pc, with my limited knowledge and got a shocking shock.
I wonder if that is common?

Would it be as common as swimming with electric eels and getting a shock when one slithers inside yer bathers?

Saw something like that on Fear Factor once. They didn't like those eels to be sure, to be sure..... 
Inside me bathers, what a predicament.... And just a wild guess but, I'd say Uncommon.... Unless you see that alot where you are?

If I saw a lot of that where I'm from, would I be the one telling all the ladies to take off their bathers so as to remove the eels?

There was a young lady named McBride
Who fell in the harbour at low tide.
You could tell from her squeals
That some of the eels
Had found somewhere cozy to hide.

who used to hang around harbours
He met a young sailor
and asked to be his taylor
When the young sailor asked if electric eels
came with it
starker replied," that wouldn't be cricket."
and put some in his bathers for surprise.
Some humor. How's that?

Yeeouch Uvah. That don't sound good at all at all. No worries, I haven't any intention of trying that Jackass 3D trick.
I've been wondering about the horn, horn for such a bike. AAAooogah!!!
